About

RICARDO RODRIGUES started in sports at the age of 7 inspired by his Aunt who was a Marathoner. He accomplished top level ranking in school with Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Indoor Soccer, Surfing, 10km run, Marathons, Triathlons races just to name a few.

Because of his passion for sports and his desire to live a healthy life style, after finishing his Bachelors degree in Business, Ricardo engaged in a more profound career and decided to become a multisports coach.

Ricardo has a lot to offer through his experiences as a competitive athlete, nevertheless, by understanding all the elements and aspects of physical fitness and mental toughness which he consider vital for his unique talent of teaching/coaching.

Ricardo attended the most up to date methods of coaching for sports such as:

*USA Triathlon Coach Level I/II Certification

*Massage Technician program to further his understanding of the muscles and recovery.
AMFPT Personal Trainer Certification, a way to maximize the ability to utilize equipment.
Human Performance for Human Motion biomechanics class.

*ACE Certified Metabolic Exercise Testing and Programming
CPR and First Aid certifications for safety and most of all, in the real field of sports he deepened his expertise  with his own athletes by developing a complete understanding or like many accomplished athletes says “a clinical eye” to identify, and guide each individual to reach their peek performance.
