RUNNING - WE ARE natural born runners, and we can guide you to tap in to your abilities! Just like any other sport we need to learn basic principals of proper posture, gravity effect and biomechanics of the body. With all those components we are able to improve your speed dramatically (ask about our running assessment).
POOL AND OCEAN SWIMMING - Fear, buoyancy, hyrdodynamics and body mechanics are the principal elements that are perfected during a training session, until we can improve your speed (ask about our underwater swim video test).
CYCLING - Bike fitting, live feedback test in a compu-trainer to find out your inefficiency and power output zones. Learn road ridding with a professional.
CORE TRAINING MODALITIES
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE TRAINING - Building a strong core foundation is the essential first step of your new training program. This practice will work to correct any aches, pains, joint dysfunctions, muscular imbalances and postural-distortion patterns you may be experiencing, based on your initial diagnose. We will determine the target areas for you to discover for yourself how to recognize and understand the detailed messages your body is sending you, and how to respond and move in ways that keep your body healthy, fit and pain-free.
FUNCTIONAL CORE TRAINING - Our body has a natural human mechanic, by emphasizing those movements through core, we can guide you to exceed your performance in ANY sport, and improve your posture in your regular daily activities.
